SSRIs in Practice – During this course, I have gained valuable insights into the various groups of psychotropic medications and their application in mental health practice. As a future Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I anticipate using Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) frequently in my practice due to their efficacy and widespread use in treating depression and anxiety disorders.
