The Naval Services are built and organized around specific strategic goals to ensure national defense, maintain global power projection, and ensure maritime dominance. However, the comparison of the stated goals to the actual capabilities in Module 3 reveals gaps in several key areas. Identifying the Most Needing Change:
After reviewing the material, it seems that one of the branches of the Naval Service may need more significant changes to meet its strategic goals. Based on the gaps identified in Module 3 (e.g., limited aircraft or insufficient cyber defense capabilities), it could be argued that the U.S. Navy requires the most significant adjustments.
