Audience and Roles:
The audience for my Capstone Project Change Proposal presentation included interdisciplinary leaders and stakeholders from my practicum site. This group comprised the nurse manager, clinical educator, a physician representative, and two members from the quality improvement team. Each attendee played a critical role in implementing and evaluating the proposed change.
