Instructions:

The resource management plan should include the following elements:

  • All  the resources necessary to complete the project. The list should be  complete and include all people, materials, supplies, equipment, spaces,  etc. needed to complete the project.
  • Time  frames for the planned effort for each resource. You will note the  duration of time that each resource is needed for the project.
  • Number  of resources needed per day/week/month. You will use the list from  element #1 and breakdown the resources and when they are needed on a  daily, weekly, and monthly rotation.
  • Quantity  of resource hours required per day/week/month. In this element, you  will determine the number of hours you need each resource during the  project’s duration.
  • Identify the assumptions and constraints for the resources.

The  resource management plan should be in a report format and created in a  Word document. The length of the plan will vary depending on how many  resources you have identified in your project.
