Think of a time when I was quite sad and depressed when my marital grandmother passed away in 2019. a. In what ways did you behave differently during this time than you usually do?
During this time, I was much quieter and more withdrawn than usual. I typically interact with family members with ease, but in the days after my grandmother’s passing, I found it harder to engage in conversations or even express my emotions. I often wanted to be alone, even though my family was checking on me. Normally, I enjoy being around them, but in that moment, I needed space. Grief Reflection and Support

My thoughts were heavily focused on the loss, and I kept replaying memories of my grandmother. Usually, I’m able to balance my thoughts with positivity, but during this time, I was consumed with sadness, regrets, and what-ifs. I worried more than usual, not just about my grief, but also about how my mom and her siblings were handling the situation.
