• Describe your chosen health care organization including the name, location of the business, its mission, the nature of the business, the services or products, and customers served.
  • You may use a hypothetical name of the organization if your chosen organization does not allow you to disclose its information.
• Identify one key problem at the departmental or organizational level that has profound impacts on operational efficiency, patient care, or customer satisfaction.
• Propose a minimum of two solutions to the identified problem.
• Identify a minimum of three specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely (SMART) project goals.
