I had the opportunity to work with a geriatric patient who presented with a range of issues, including poorly controlled hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and reports of occasional dizziness. The patient, a 72-year-old male, was known to have hypertension for several years but had not been compliant with his medication regimen. Additionally, he struggled with managing his diabetes, often reporting irregular blood sugar levels.
